The following CD covers were designed for personal use, for compilations made from a private CD collection, or tracks downloaded legally from iTunes.

The Sattalites

The Sattalites are a great Toronto reggae band - catch them if you can if you are in the area!

This is a composite made from three photographs - the Toronto skyline, a Jamaican beach, and a palm tree. Click this link to see how it was made. The CD title text has been rendered in the three colors of the Jamaican flag, red, yellow and green.

Elton John

There was a time when Elton John was (almost) as famous for his collection of glasses and his flamboyant stage shows as he was for his incredible music. This is a compilation of his earlier work, using round-lensed glasses to form the two Os in his name.

Guns n' Roses

What else would you put on a compilation of Guns n' Roses but guns and roses? Smoke digitally created - no actual bullets fired.

Sean-Nos

"Sean-Nos" is a Celtic term meaning "old-style". It refers to a style of Irish singing which traditionally is unaccompanied by instruments and in which emotion is conveyed by vocal ornamentation. Whilst not strictly old style as they sing accompanied by their bands' musicians, this compilation features four excellent vocalists from the renowned Celtic bands Dervish, Arcady and Solas.
